Enhancing our website to help you work more simply and effectively is a key priority for us at BT. We are working with independent market research agency eDigitalResearch, who have set up an online research panel for us to help seek your views and opinions on proposed new developments on BT.com.

How it works

Joining the panel means that from time to time you will be invited by email to take part in an online survey about a particular subject. Occasionally, we might invite you to telephone or face-to-face research too. Your participation in any research is entirely voluntary. We won't inundate you and we will feedback the results of surveys to you through our panel website.
